Marc Hayward


In his role as CEO Marc is responsible for overseeing the creative and strategic direction of the company while continuing to executive produce, develop and oversee many other programmes in development. 

Marc previously filmed and directed for networks such as MTV, BT Vision Sport, Channel 4 and Channel 5 and has been responsible for the successful running of seven channels - broadcasting over 1000 hours of live TV a week across the Sky and Freeview platforms - whilst developing new concepts and strategies, monetising and generating substantial revenue across multi-platform divisions such as TV and second screen devices. An experienced producer across new concepts and development he leads the LSPTV team with creativity, innovation and vision combined with strong execution. A dynamic communicator with passion and ideas, Marc engages, manages, influences and builds relationships with talent, agents, contributors, crew and other production partners at all levels. 

James Capria


James over-sees the development and creation of new formats especially in revolutionary areas of programming including Virtual and Augmented Reality. James also Executive Produces recent commissions from production through to post production.

James has wide-ranging production experience having produced and directed nearly 100 hours of broadcast television both in the US and UK and across all major channels; BBC, C4, C5, Discovery, and MTV. His past credits include global formats such as Bridezillas, WifeSwap, Couples Come Dine With Me, and Plain Jane, to numerous reality-hybrid, factual entertainment and docs-series from Railroad Alaska, Phillipe Starck’s School of Design, and the Bafta-winning series, School of Hard Knocks. James’ extensive experience in development and production, and his ability to immediately identify an original and innovative approach to programming makes him a massive asset to the growth of LSP and being at the forefront of the next golden age of television.

Ben Chesterfield


After reading Engineering at Cambridge University, Ben qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in London before moving into the Finance and Leasing sector for a decade, becoming Finance Director for Woodchester Bank (owned by Credit Lyonnaise) before starting property development company Urban Edge in 1993. 

Ben launched LSP in 1998 and is responsible for the financial development of all LSPTV productions and LSP Motion investments and innovations.

Lucy Rodrick


A History graduate from Cambridge University, Lucy is now starting her career in TV as production co-ordinator for LSP’s various TV projects. With a wealth of experience in advertising, marketing and journalism, she has joined a growing team, developing LSP’s fresh and innovative content.

Ben McCormack


Having worked across everything from TV, Theatre, Radio and Online content Ben has a wealth of experience in all fields. Having cut his teeth at the BBC working in award winning investigative content, then progressing his career with a focus on music, arts and comedy, his wealth of experience of different formats, genres and styles make him a real asset to the team at LSP.


Lucy Timm

Production Co-ordinator

With a Degree in Illustration from Norwich University of the Arts and an MA in Visual Communication from the Royal College of Art, Lucy’s creative background gives her the tools to develop innovative and exciting content for LSP’s unique vision. Having previous experience in advertising and production, Lucy is continuing her TV career with the LSP team.


Bartek Kosiorek

Self-shooting Producer/Director

Accomplished producer/director/editor who can shoot content for all formats. 

Originally a TV news reporter and weather presenter in his native Poland, Bartek has for the last 3 years travelled the globe filming extreme sports events including the Dakar Rally in South America, The Rainforest Challenge in Malaysia and The Libya Rally in Northern Africa.

Bartek is a multi-skilled, multi talented operator working across the board on all LSPTV and LSP Motion corporate projects.

Lee Washington


Lee has over ten years experience in seeding content successfully producing over one hundred campaigns for leading brands including BBC, Samsung, eBay, Microsoft, Jaguar and Sony.

He is a leading expert in the field with an renowned understanding of viral content, devising strategic campaigns that ensure coverage, traction, impressive views and sharing on social media.
